Healthreats’ partners have met in Ljubljana for the fourth PMB.

For the 4th Project Management Board (PMB4) of the Healthreats project, the Consortium met on 5th December 2008 in Ljubljana (Slovenia), hosted by the Josef Stefan Institute.

During the PMB4, different key questions have been analysed to go on with the project, as follows:

• prolongation of the activities up to September 2010
• re-allocation of the activities between the partners
• presentation of the ongoing activities in the different work packages

In particular, the partners leading the tasks of Management (Work Package 1), Dissemination (WP 2), Evaluation (WP 3), DSS design and implementation (WP 7), Training (WP 8) related about the achieved results, the ongoing activities and the ones to be developed within the end of the second project year, to accomplish the objectives fixed in the project.

While the activities related to Requirements Specification (WP 5) have been concluded and the final report has been delivered to the project Officer of EACH, for the Process modelling and improvement (WP 6) a new work plan has been presented concerning the activities, their allocation between partners, the related timetable.

Next Project Management Board (PMB5) will be on May 2009 and will be organized by the RSDM partners in Bucharest
