LASER is a non-profit making agency, founded in 1993, with the goal of offering enterprises services, professional training and the development of human resources. Laser’s work embraces the following: Professional training for businessmen and managers; Requalification of staff involved in significant changes in their professional roles (in private firms and in the Public Administration); Specialised training for diploma or degree holders; Training and scholastic or careers advice for young people and adolescents.

The organization’s mission is fulfilled thanks to its qualified internal staff and the numerous freelancers who offer specialised services The level of efficiency LASER can offer in its training initiatives is therefore guaranteed by the diversity of the expert professionals that LASER has been able to involve, select and integrate in one mutual project: methodological and didactic expertise, organisational skills, technological know-how and proficiency in specific disciplines, all together to satisfy the training needs of the unemployed, of businesses and of the world of work in general. LASER’s staff are professionals, managers and experts who work in the corporate field both nationally and internationally and are admired for their practical, dynamic and interactive approach in teaching.

Our line of business

Scholastic and careers advice – to help young people and adults to define apt training opportunities in order to improve their chances of being employed;

Higher education – to enable diploma and degree holders to attain certificates of specialisation of use in the world of work;
Life-long training – to develop opportunities for refresher courses and for requalification of staff;
Special projects – the development of these requires an adequate period of training.
