The society's objective is the provision of services to local organizations and their consortia, local health organizations, hospitals, public enterprises, predominantly state-owned enterprises, and public entities in general. The services performed are mostly, but not limited to:

• training and refresher training for administrators and personnel
• organization of study conventions
• publication of studies and editorial support activities
