The WHO website has a link on the home page, inside the section "Outbreaks and crisis" on "Avian influenza - Full coverage of the evolving situation". In this dedicated page a section called "Guidelines" comprises the official documents the WHO has issued on avian influenza, divided in 6 subjects. Among them, the ones offering methodological tools for preparing for avian influenza have been selected and analyzed (underlined). The research has been updated on the 26th of April 2008.

On the US CDC website (http://www.cdc.gov/), a research has been done typing the keywords "pandemic flu" into the internal search engine. Moreover a research has been done in the A-Z Index looking for documents under the voice "pandemic flu". A list of documents has been found.
On the EU CDC website (http://ecdc.europa.eu/index.html), a research has been done in the Health Topics A-Z section looking for documents under the voice "pandemic influenza". Other documents have been found.
After collecting such documents, a selection has been made amongst them to select the more relevant ones for the purpose of the Healthreats project. Here after the final list is reported.
